Each year, Caminos de agua welcomes recent graduates from around the world to join our team to begin their career in socially impactful work.

The technical team at Caminos de Agua relies heavily on long-term volunteers and fellows, who have given time and in many cases, self-financed their own journeys and living expenses to be working with us. As with our staff, our diverse volunteers come from Mexico and around the world and share one central characteristic – we all live where we work. These fellows come to San Miguel de Allende from prestigious universities and other fellowship programs. They have backgrounds in engineering, science, technology, and more. To date, we have hosted over 23 technical fellows from 10 different countries and speaking over 7 different native languages.

The Fellowship program is designed for leaders with a background in engineering, environmental science, or social justice. Our fellows are committed to community and international service. Each year.
